Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up and tear down extrusion lines, including changing dies, and preparing the line for production;
Start up extrusion lines and achieve stable operating conditions that produce quality finished vinyl siding products;
Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to maintain consistent production rates and product specifications;
Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues on extrusion lines to minimize downtime and scrap;
Operate and manage equipment required to package finished products, ensuring proper labeling and packaging standards
