1st Shift Production Lead
The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations on the plant floor, ensuring that manufacturing and packaging activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. This role provides hands-on leadership to production workers, supports supervisors and management, and helps ensure production goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations on the plant floor.
- Ensure manufacturing and packaging activities are performed in compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Provide hands-on leadership to production workers.
- Support supervisors and management in meeting production goals.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of production lead experience.
- 1-2 years of machine operation/production experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production line supervision.
- Knowledge of production management and food manufacturing.
- Ability to implement improvements based on previous manufacturing experience.

Work Environment
The role is based on the plant floor, working during the first shift. The environment involves hands-on production tasks, utilizing technologies and equipment related to manufacturing, assembly, and packaging.
Job Type & Location
This is a contract to hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
