PinnPACK is accepting applications for multiple manufacturing and production roles across various departments and shifts. This posting allows candidates to be considered for current and future openings based on skills, experience, and operational needs.

Roles may include (but are not limited to):

• Thermoforming Machine Operators
• Thermoforming Setup Technicians
• Extrusion Operators
• Process Technicians
• Maintenance Technicians (Electrical / Mechanical)
• Production Leads
• Quality & Production Support
• Material Handlers / Utility Operators

Placement is based on experience, qualifications, and business demand.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot thermoforming or extrusion equipment
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments as required
• Ensure production meets quality, safety, and GMP standards
• Complete production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately
• Follow all safety rules, OSHA requirements, and company policies
• Support continuous improvement, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment

• Manufacturing experience preferred (thermoforming or extrusion strongly preferred for technical roles)
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
