Production Associate - Garment Hanger​/Inspector

Job Description

Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector in the Rental Division. Responsibilities include placing customer garments on hangers safely and accurately, visually inspecting garments for needed repairs such as patching holes or tears, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area. The position uses a performance‑based incentive pay structure.

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
• Visually inspect all garments for defects and determine proactive repair needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to qualify for incentive pay.

• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.
• Adheres to attendance policy.
• Willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods and in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment.
• Physically capable of standing most of the shift, performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, reaching, and pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product.
• Exhibits attention to detail, strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, teamwork, collaboration, and safety orientation.
