Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the production team. Hire, train, and supervise entry‑level production workers on a fast‑paced shift. Meet daily productivity and quality requirements. Maintain inventory control. Ensure plant safety and compliance with OSHA standards. Emphasize a culture of safety and oversee daily production flow and bottom‑line results.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

• Ability to handle physical requirements, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance
