WORK HOURSFULL-TIME, 10-HOUR SHIFTS
JOB SPECIFICATIONS- Must possess the ability to read a tape measure
- Must possess a basic understanding of Cut-to-Size Panel saw programming and operations
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations - subtract, add, multiply, divide, count, convert decimals and fractions
- Basic knowledge of various materials (i.e., styrene, acrylic, polycarbonate)
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary or required
Plant;
Exposure to excessive heat, noise, machinery, and heavy forklift traffic
Moderate but steady
ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES- Saw production including set‑up, operation, packaging, and determining maximum yield of saw blades
- Complete daily production tally sheets and inspection reports
- Consistently meet production goals and standards
- Operate banding device and package finished product according to customer specifications
- Apply quality procedures
- Determine condition of saw blades for servicing
- Clean machine and organize general work area
- Complete all other projects and job duties as assigned
