Baesman Group is hiring a Press Operator to run and troubleshoot high-speed printing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with machines, solving problems, and staying focused on quality while keeping production moving.

• Set up and operate printing presses to meet daily production goals
• Monitor output and make adjustments to maintain quality and color accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues when something isn’t running right
• Work with your team to keep jobs moving and minimize downtime
• Track production and follow standard processes

• Mechanically inclined (work experience, hobbies, or school)
• Pays attention to detail and notices when something is “off”
• Doesn’t ignore problems—works to fix them
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment
• Reliable and accountable to the team

Manufacturing, machine operation, automotive, mechanical work, warehouse equipment, or similar hands-on roles. (No print experience required—we will train the right person.)
