Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Press Operator in Columbus, OH to operate automatic stamping presses, assist with setup/changeovers, and inspect finished parts to meet 6S standards. The role requires safety-minded, detail-focused individuals with basic math and measurement skills.
The position runs weekend shifts:
Thu 6:00 am–10:00 am and Fri–Sun 6:00 am–6:30 pm, with overtime possible. Pay ranges from $16.44 to $24.66 per hour plus a $3.50 shift differential for full-time, non-exempt employment.
