Ohio Wire Form & Spring Company is looking for a motivated and dependable Production Team Member to join their manufacturing floor in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment on the manufacturing floor
- Fabricate wire forms, springs, and related components according to specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks
- Meet daily production goals and report any equipment issues to supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred
- Willingness to read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, or technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently in a physical, hands‑on role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills
