• Technician role:
• Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues during production
• Communicating downtime and quality concerns to SMT Leadership and PEIII Group

• Maintenance skills with basic hand tools and change over processes
• Strong independent skills to assess quality issues and machine issues and make solid snap decisions
• Adept time management skills to keep multiple machines producing to keep on production targets
• Strong understanding of
  
  C.Core inventory processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Preferred electronics manufacturing background
• Preferred but not required IPC 610 certification
• Preferred but not required LOTO certification

• Frequently required to work in confined spaces under and within production equipment
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and kneeling
• Must be able to safely position body to reach all equipment access points
• Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements

• Exposure to moving or mechanical parts
• Moderate noise levels; hearing protection required in specific areas
