2nd Shift Supervisor

Pelton Shepherd Industries seeks a 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead production at our Stockton, CA facility. You will oversee a team manufacturing gel ice packs and cold chain products, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output. Responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring production metrics, coaching operators, enforcing SOPs and safety standards, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics. You'll help implement process improvements that support our sustainability and customer-service goals while maintaining a collaborative, family-oriented culture on the shop floor.
