Perform batching and compounding activities to produce paint products according to established procedures and batch records;
Operate mixers, blenders, and other process equipment to blend and mix raw materials into finished or intermediate products;
Measure and weigh raw materials accurately to ensure correct formulation and quality of each batch;
Clean out tanks, mixers, and related equipment between batches to maintain product integrity and prevent cross-contamination;
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality procedures to maintain consistent product quality
