Oversee and monitor site Utility Plant systems and adjust and/or repair as necessary;
Perform preventive maintenance on boiler and utility systems, conduct water testing and maintain logs;
Maintain tools, inventory, and documentation; communicate repair status to Operations Manager and Lead Engineer;
Work across trades to provide support and may work overtime/flex schedule to meet business needs;
Serve as the sole operator on shift and prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency
