Walor North America seeks a Machine Operator Forging to run precision cold-forging equipment producing metal components for automotive and industrial customers. You will set up and operate forging presses, load materials, and monitor machines to maintain safe, efficient output. Responsibilities include inspecting parts to tight tolerances, recording production data, performing basic adjustments, and supporting 5S and continuous improvement. Work closely with quality and engineering teams in a safety- and quality-focused environment with opportunities to grow in advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor forging presses and related equipment
- Load raw materials and ensure correct tooling for each production run
- Inspect forged parts using gauges and measurement tools to verify specifications
- Record production data and report deviations from standards
- Perform basic equipment adjustments and minor preventive maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5
- S/continuous improvement
Required Skills
