Walor North America is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to support high-volume production of precision cold-forged and machined components for automotive and industrial customers. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment, interpret blueprints, and use precision measuring tools to verify tight tolerances. You will follow strict safety and quality procedures, document production and inspection results, and perform basic machine maintenance.

Working closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams, you will help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused environment with opportunities for technical growth.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for high-volume metal part production
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
  • Perform part measurements using gauges and precision tools to verify specifications
  • Adjust machine offsets and tooling to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish
  • Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Document production data, quality checks, and any nonconformances
  • Collaborate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues
  • Support continuous improvement, 5

Required Skills
