Rogue Fitness is seeking a skilled 1st Shift Manual Welder to join our manufacturing team in Columbus, OH. You will perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless components, following strict safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate reads complex blueprints, holds 2+ years of production welding experience, and can lift up to 80 pounds while maintaining high accuracy. A current AWS or equivalent certification is preferred and you will pass a hands-on welding test during interviews.
