Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00am-3:00pm | Monday - Thursday

Pay: $21-23/hr

We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. As a MIG Welder you will play a critical role in our production process, helping to fabricate high-quality steel burial vaults. You will work closely with other welding professionals, learn to operate welding robots, and support maintenance projects. Your attention to detail and welding expertise will directly contribute to the quality and success of our products.

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on steel burial vaults.
• Adjust welding fixtures to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Operate and maintain welding robots, learning to run the equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department on special projects and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to increase production efficiency and product quality.

• 3-5 years of MIG welding experience (Stick or TIG welding experience is a plus).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with welding safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques, such as welding robots.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
