Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on mild steel.
- Ensure quality and precision in welding tasks.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Participate in fabrication processes involving stainless steel and structural steel.
- Engage in grinding tasks and handle the person feed equipment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG welding.
- Experience with Flux Core welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Prior experience or completed schooling in welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a fabrication environment.
- Skills in grinding and handling the person feed equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worthington, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
