We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Production Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for sandblasting food-grade equipment parts within a manufacturing environment. You will work in a booth, utilizing a hose to effectively blast parts throughout your shift.

Responsibilities:
- Operate sandblasting equipment in a booth to blast parts effectively.
- Maintain production and fabrication standards.
- Perform machine operation tasks related to sandblasting.
- Inspect sandblasted parts for quality assurance.
Work Environment:
Work in a very clean manufacturing environment that is climate-controlled in the winter and non-climate-controlled in the summer. The area is generally quiet, except when the grinders are running.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
