Monitors PVC extrusion operations to ensure the tool and die group is adequately supporting production;
Investigates and resolves product or process problems related to tooling;
Reads and interprets production schedules, product drawings, tooling drawings, and bills of process;
Gathers and analyzes data to determine potential problems with the tooling and effectively reports findings;
Identifies and develops process control improvement opportunities
