You arrive on the production floor, review the preventive maintenance plan you built, and prioritize the day’s tasks. A CNC alarm flashes—within minutes, you’ve isolated the fault, swapped a component, and restored throughput. An hour later, you’re inspecting a hydraulic circuit, adjusting pressures, and documenting a safety check. By afternoon, you’re walking an HVAC service, then closing the loop on a root-cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures.
What you’ll tackle
Own preventive maintenance planning and lead both scheduled and unscheduled repairs to keep uptime high.
Perform detailed equipment failure analyses and drive corrective actions that stick.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems using your hands-on hydraulics expertise.
Diagnose and resolve issues on industrial automation equipment to stabilize production.
Conduct machine safety inspections and verify compliance with applicable safety standards.
Apply methodical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair CNC machines.
Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs to support the facility environment.
What you bring5+ years as a maintenance mechanic/technician repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical foundation across engine types, with proven hydraulic and electrical capabilities.
Hands-on experience conducting machine safety inspections.
Background working in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, servicing, and routine maintenance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear. This role operates large equipment and needs to constantly position self to maintain the operation of equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.
Regularly works around moving mechanical parts. Noise level is loud. The job may risk exposure to dust, heat and/or cold, wet or humid conditions.
