3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Join a dynamic extrusion company as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our production lines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and requires a commitment to working 12-hour night shifts.

• Oversee maintenance across 10 different production lines.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various machinery.
• Train on a first shift 2-2-3 schedule until training is completed.
• Walk to other facilities as needed to perform maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and rewire 480 three-phase motors, including changing motor rotation.
• Read and interpret inputs and outputs for effective troubleshooting.
• Handle PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, and maintenance repair.
• Work with blueprints, schematics, and preventive maintenance procedures.

• Experience in manufacturing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and rewiring 480 three-phase motors.
• Ability to perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in reactive and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge in PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

• Experience in plastics or extrusion manufacturing.
• Familiarity with fast-paced manufacturing environments.

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $77667.20 - $77667.20/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
