Industrial Maintenance Technician - Hydraulics, CNC, and Automation

What You'll Do

You arrive on the production floor, review the preventive maintenance plan, and prioritize the day's tasks. A CNC alarm flashes-within minutes, you isolate the fault, replace a component, and restore throughput. Later, you inspect a hydraulic circuit, adjust pressures, and document a safety check. Throughout the day, you support facility equipment, perform troubleshooting, and close the loop on root-cause analyses to eliminate repeat failures.

• Own preventive maintenance planning and lead both scheduled and unscheduled repairs to maintain high equipment uptime.
• Perform detailed equipment failure analyses and implement effective corrective actions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems using hands-on hydraulics expertise.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with industrial automation equipment to stabilize production.
• Conduct machine safety inspections and verify compliance with applicable safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines using systematic diagnostic methods.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to support facility operations.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and corrective actions.

• 5+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or technician repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical foundation with demonstrated hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience conducting machine safety inspections.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, servicing, and routine maintenance.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear.
• Frequently required to position the body appropriately while operating or servicing large equipment.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds; heavier loads may be handled using appropriate equipment.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Work environment may have elevated noise levels.
• May be exposed to dust, heat, cold, wet, or humid conditions.
