WorX is hiring Welder Fabricators for a high-priority, full-time second-shift opportunity in the Columbus area. This position is focused on FCAW welding in a production environment and requires the ability to complete vertical-up 3G welds to required standards. Qualified candidates should be comfortable reading basic weld symbols, verifying weld quality, and safely operating overhead cranes.

Schedule

Second shift4: 30 PM–3: 00 AMFull-timeASAP start

Job Duties Perform FCAW welding in a production setting.

Complete vertical-up 3G welds to required standards.

Read and interpret basic weld symbols.

Measure welds accurately and verify completed weld quality.

Safely operate overhead cranes.

Requirements Hands-on FCAW welding experience.

Ability to perform vertical-up 3G welds.

Ability to read and interpret basic weld symbols.

Ability to accurately measure and inspect completed welds.

Ability to safely operate overhead cranes.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has proven FCAW production welding experience, can demonstrate vertical-up 3G welding ability, understands basic weld symbols, maintains quality standards, and can reliably work the full second-shift schedule.
