What You’ll Do- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across our corporate gifting brands.
- Partner with Sales to build targeted lead generation and nurture campaigns across email, paid media, content marketing, and events.
- Manage and optimize the corporate gifting website to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance the user experience.
- Build and maintain an annual marketing calendar that aligns to key corporate gifting moments (holidays, employee appreciation, client retention initiatives, etc.).
- Support revenue growth by identifying new audience segments and verticals with high gifting potential.
- Own campaign strategy and execution for B2B demand generation and retention programs from thought leadership and storytelling to promotional offers and lifecycle journeys.
- Create compelling messaging and creative briefs that showcase the emotional and business impact of gifting.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver assets that reflect our premium brand portfolio.
- Develop marketing collateral, pitch decks, and playbooks that empower Sales to tell a unified brand story across our portfolio.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new corporate gifting products, services, and digital tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless client experiences across touchpoints.
- Manage B2B email programs, including promotional campaigns, onboarding journeys, and client education series.
- Leverage segmentation, testing, and automation to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with CRM teams to ensure campaigns align with lead scoring and nurture workflows.
- Track and analyze marketing performance across channels to inform ongoing strategy.
- Identify key insights that improve campaign efficiency, lead quality, and ROI.
- Test new approaches to content, messaging, and media to drive continuous improvement.
- 5–7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and/or e‑commerce.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Hub Spot, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across diverse teams and brands.
- Experience managing projects from strategy to execution with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience marketing corporate gifting, recognition, or employee engagement programs and/or food/beverage.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce fundamentals and customer retention strategies.
- Background working with premium consumer brands or multi‑brand portfolios.
