Responsibilities
- The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing projects, trafficking assets, and maintaining for the department and organization.
- Responsibilities will be focused on activities that build the fan base, generate ticket sales, activate marketing partnerships, drive viewership/listenership of broadcasts, and enhance merchandise sales.
- Responsible for the development of web pages, implementation and maintenance for
- Traffic all marketing inventory through multiple sources: in-game inventory, , TV/Radio, Outdoor and additional external and internal advertising platforms.
- Manage collateral orders, being the primary point of contact with the vendor, ensuring on-time delivery of items and prompt invoicing.
- Assist the Sr. Director of Marketing with the company project management and collaboration platform WRIKE.
- Administrative support including maintaining project documentation, updating project plans, sponsorship executions, and preparing reports.
- Communication and documentation that includes but not limited to preparing meeting notes, and ensuring all documentation is organized.
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in marketing, business or sports management; and minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training in project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Google products, Project Management programs including but not limited to WRIKE, Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management System Forge, HTML/CSS.
