Marketing Manager

Our client, a growing national organization, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to support brand consistency and marketing execution across a distributed operating model. This role blends strategic planning and hands‑on execution, partnering closely with Operations and Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. The position includes team leadership and enterprise‑level communication support within a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional marketing efforts across multiple locations and internal stakeholders.
• Manage enterprise marketing calendar and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and budget parameters.
• Lead communication planning for company‑wide initiatives and strategic projects.
• Partner with leadership to develop messaging, materials, and engagement strategies.
• Oversee brand consistency across markets and marketing channels.
• Manage external vendor relationships related to marketing services and promotional initiatives.
• Track marketing performance and support reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and development for a small marketing team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and communication strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of integrated marketing experience.
• Experience supporting distributed or multi‑site organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports.
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and external vendors.
