What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead integrated channel activation, translating digital strategies into coordinated communication plans across various channels
  • Build and manage unified activation workflows for efficient processes
  • Drive channel optimization, establishing goals, KPIs, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Oversee campaign execution, including segmentation, targeting, and performance enhancement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure communications are accurate and strategically aligned
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years in channel marketing, digital activation, or multi-channel communication leadership
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and their performance metrics
  • Demonstrated success in orchestrating multi-channel activation to support business goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree or relevant certification in Marketing Strategy, Digital Communications, or Healthcare Marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient communication standards
  • Background in journey orchestration or dynamic content frameworks
  • Experience with agile marketing workflows or operational optimization
