Paid Media Strategist – Senior Associate

The Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns designed to profitably acquire primary bank relationships and grow share of wallet. As a Paid Media Strategist – Senior Associate on the Acquisition Marketing team, you will support and manage customer acquisition campaigns designed to drive new-to-bank household growth through paid advertising channels. You will be a data-driven performance marketer, managing paid advertising campaigns across TV, Connected TV, Streaming Audio, Paid Social, and more, coordinating multiple campaigns concurrently, managing audience overlap, message alignment, channel availability, and execution resources.

In this high-visibility role you will interact with cross‑functional teams and leaders, help senior strategists develop ad campaigns, forecast performance, analyze media metrics, and identify optimization opportunities to deliver effective results against business targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to data‑driven, strategic marketing plans that produce measurable results
  • Improve tools and capabilities to coordinate audience overlap, message alignment, channel availability, and execution resources
  • Navigate a highly matrixed organization to influence partners, build consensus, and bring together various functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to unify paid, owned, and earned channels into comprehensive brand campaigns
  • Coordinate budgets and resources across paid, owned, and earned investments
  • Partner with analytics to understand performance, test results, and profitability; utilize data and analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance
  • Serve as a marketing thought leader, presenting ideas to educate and upskill across all levels of the organization
  • Present strategy and performance updates to cross‑functional stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Performance marketing experience in traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Understanding of managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and expected returns
  • Skilled working in a highly matrixed organization and using data to influence stakeholders and partners
  • Is a fantastic partner who leads through strong collaboration; recognized as a team player
  • Is data‑driven and analytical, while also being a creative problem‑solver
  • Is vigorous and thorough in their management of details; proven ability to take initiative
  • Loves testing, learning, and taking calculated risks
  • Understands the big picture, considering impacts outside their given initiatives
  • Comfortable with continuously changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with expertise in digital marketing and paid media
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
