Experience or Relevant Experience
  • Experience or relevant experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Keap, or other similar platforms.

  • Comfortable using email builders such as Canva or AI tools.

  • Write, design, and schedule email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement.

  • Build and maintain engagement journeys, automation rules, and lead scoring.

  • Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all emails, templates, and layouts.

  • A/B test subject lines, send times, content, and user journeys.

  • Help manage newsletters, workshop follow-ups, webinar emails, and event sequences.

  • Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and RSVP automations in Salesforce.

  • Support content creation efforts for digital marketing and internal campaigns.

  • Collaborate with advisors and operations to ensure accuracy in messaging.

  • Segment recipient lists using Salesforce data and engagement history.

  • Maintain clean contact data, suppression lists, and compliance standards.

  • Monitor campaign success to improve future campaigns and user experience.
