ABOUT WDW

Women Doing Well equips, inspires, and activates women to live generously—not as an afterthought, but as the defining rhythm of their lives. We believe generosity isn't just about what you give; it's about who you become. Through our signature Pathway experience, local engagement events, and research-backed resources, we walk alongside women as they discover what it means to be biblically motivated, purpose-filled, and passionate about making an eternal difference.

Our work is rooted in the belief that when women embrace generosity with their time, talents, resources and influence, they don't just change their own lives they transform families, communities and generations. We are a small, nimble team with values aligned volunteers and a big vision to create a movement of women who give boldly, lead courageously, and live with the freedom and joy that only generosity can bring.

If you're looking for missional work that enables life changing impact, we would love to talk with you.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You are the content engine for Women Doing Well. Every word that reaches our audiences, whether in an email, a social post, or an event invitation, starts with you. You write with clarity, strategy, and WDW's voice. You understand the women we serve and know how to reach them.

You work within the established brand voice and strategic direction, and you own content across channels from copy to publishing. You write, create and schedule social content, provide the copy and direction for email campaigns that the operations team builds and deploys, and give a contract designer the direction needed to produce marketing materials and event collateral. You're the connective thread that keeps every audience touchpoint clear, consistent, and on-message.

You are a strong content creator, a strategic thinker, and someone who takes their craft seriously. The right candidate brings at least three years of marketing and communications experience and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple channels and audiences without letting quality slip.
