Photo Room Coordinator

Join our dynamic team in Columbus as a pivotal member responsible for the organization and management of production samples and ecommerce photography within the Omni Photo Studio. You will support the management of physical props and production processes as needed, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.

• Meet all deadlines without compromising detail or quality.
• Collaborate closely with key internal partners within Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external partners, serving as their point of contact.
• Act as a brand steward, representing the brand to internal and external partners.
• Support the Sample processes, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining a complete and accurate Sample Library.
• Maintain Sample timeline and communicate key dates to cross-functional partners.
• Order and pull products from DC as assigned.
• Organize product samples and comps for photoshoots.
• Update and maintain the Product Photo Queue.
• Run regular reporting for sample deliveries.
• Support Comps product & Prop management processes, including packing, shipping, tracking, receiving, and organizing materials for shoots.

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a deadline-oriented environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience with sample management required; experience with photoshoots or photo studios is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
