- 5+ years in B2B demand generation, with significant agency experience
- Proven track record of marketing to CMOs and VPs of Marketing, particularly in martech or related fields
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales processes and account-level targeting
- Hands‑on experience with outbound campaigns, paid social, and content syndication
- Demonstrated ability to build campaigns that effectively influence enterprise pipeline
