Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness, demand, and growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution — someone who’s equally comfortable managing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and diving into performance metrics. This role supports marketing for all business lines (hospice, home health, and palliative) and corporate departments (recruiting, human resources, sales, etc.)

You’ll play a key role in turning business objectives into integrated marketing programs that support both corporate initiatives and local market needs.

About You Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, email, social)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Healthcare, multi-location, or B2B/B2C hybrid experience is a plus
Strong skills in the following areas:
  • Lytho Workflow or similar creative project management experience
  • Microsoft Teams and Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Team player, positive attitude, self-starter
  • Ability to think through projects and assess resources
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly detailed and organized
