Integra Beauty is seeking an Influencer Marketing Lead to own and scale our affiliate ecosystems for L’ange Hair and OFIR Beauty. You will identify, recruit, and onboard top beauty creators across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook, and ensure brand compliance and performance-driven results.
You’ll design onboarding pipelines, negotiate commissions, monitor FTC disclosures, and deliver monthly trend briefs and asset packages to maximize affiliate revenue during key launches.
