Job Title:
Hybrid Virtual Assistant | Social Media & Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Hybrid Virtual Assistant age(23-27) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and passionate about digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, and X).
- Create high-quality graphics, social media posts, reels, stories, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Edit photos and videos for social media campaigns and advertisements.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports.
- Respond to social media messages, comments, and online inquiries professionally.
- Assist with daily administrative and virtual assistant tasks, including email management, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining digital files.
- Support marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and online advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely completion of marketing projects.
