Account Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Columbus team and support customer-focused marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and live activations.

This is an entry-level opportunity, so we're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for someone who's curious, confident around people, and excited to learn how marketing campaigns move from an idea to an experience that customers can engage with.

You'll work alongside our marketing team to support client accounts and campaign execution from preparation through delivery.

One week, you might help prepare materials for an upcoming client promotion. The next, you could be supporting a live campaign, engaging with customers, gathering feedback, and seeing firsthand what captures attention and builds brand awareness for our clients.

• Supporting client accounts and promotional, event-based marketing campaigns
• Representing client brands and communicating key campaign messages
• Engaging with customers and answering questions professionally
• Preparing campaign materials, displays, and promotional resources
• Supporting live events, brand activations, and promotional initiatives
• Gathering customer feedback and campaign insights for client reporting
• Helping track campaign activity, performance, and results
• Collaborating with the marketing team on upcoming client promotions
• Learning how different audiences respond to marketing campaigns

This isn't a role where you'll spend your first few months watching everyone else work.

You'll receive paid training and practical experience from the beginning
, with ongoing coaching as you develop your account management, communication, campaign coordination, and customer engagement skills.

As you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities, you'll have opportunities to take on additional client accounts and grow within the organization.
