Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are partnering with a prominent consumer brand to hire a Sr. Marketing Specialist who will lead social media, PR, and influencer marketing strategies. This role will drive brand awareness and engagement through integrated campaigns, creator partnerships, and earned media programs. The ideal candidate has experience managing consumer-facing marketing initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Location: Columbus, OH (hybrid onsite Tue-Thurs)

Duration: 5-month contract

Pay Rate: $39.35/hour

Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Execute global social media, public relations, and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, key brand moments, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage influencer partnerships, campaign execution, content approvals, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Serve as a key point of contact for agency, franchise, and external partner relationships.
• Identify and leverage social, cultural, consumer, and industry trends to drive engagement and audience growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchandising, and Regional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across social, PR, and influencer channels.
• Measure campaign performance, analyze KPIs, provide actionable insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activity, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related Marketing disciplines.
• Experience managing integrated social, PR, and influencer campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems,
