About the RoleAs Crew grows, we’re looking for an organized, versatile marketing professional to drive day-to-day execution across Crew® and Garny®.
Brand stewardship is central. You’ll ensure work from internal and third-party partners reflects the right voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity across email, web, paid media, and other customer touchpoints.
Working with the Marketing Manager, you’ll own campaigns and timelines, guide email execution, manage Shopify content, write and edit copy, review creative, and coordinate production across both brands.
What You'll Do Brand Stewardship & Marketing Operations- Own marketing calendars across Crew® and Garny®, keeping campaigns, launches, deadlines, and approvals on track.
- Serve as a day-to-day brand steward for Crew® and Garny®, protecting each brand’s distinct voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Review work from agencies, freelancers, and third-party partners, providing clear, actionable feedback that moves projects efficiently toward approval and launch.
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns and launches, ensuring copy, creative, web updates, approvals, and supporting assets are completed on schedule.
- Own email campaign and automated flow execution across Crew® and Garny®, including planning, segmentation, copy, creative review, scheduling, quality assurance, and optimization.
- Collaborate with third-party email designers to refine campaigns and flows, ensuring brand alignment, strong messaging, and readiness to publish.
- Write and edit email copy—including subject lines, preview text, and calls to action—tailored to the audience and campaign objective.
- Review campaign and flow performance to improve messaging, creative, segmentation, and the subscriber experience and guide future planning.
- Manage Shopify Plus storefronts, including product, collection, and landing pages; merchandising; banners; navigation; promotions; and other customer-facing content.
- Maintain accurate, relevant website copy, product information, brand messaging, promotions, and image alt text across both brands.
- Coordinate website updates with developers and partners for campaigns, product launches, and promotions, completing quality assurance before launch.
- Identify opportunities to improve merchandising, page structure, UX, functionality, conversion, and the onsite customer experience while keeping each website distinctly on-brand.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong brand judgment and the ability to recognize whether copy, creative, or a customer experience aligns with an established brand.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including the ability to preserve a distinct voice while improving clarity and effectiveness.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and the ability to implement design changes in real time using established brand guidelines and creative systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing calendars, cross-channel projects, timelines, approvals, and multiple priorities.
- Hands‑on Shopify experience updating product, collection, and landing pages, merchandising content, navigation, and promotional assets;
Shopify Plus experience is preferred. - Experience with email marketing campaigns, automated flows, audience segmentation, and performance reporting;
Klaviyo experience is strongly preferred. - Ability to collaborate with agencies, freelancers, designers, and developers while providing clear, constructive feedback.
