Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a well-known American retailer, is hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their marketing procurement team. As a Specialist, you would help drive the procurement strategy for influencer marketing talent and branding campaigns. The ideal candidate would have previous experience managing procurement needs for marketing programs!

• Develop, maintain, and execute category strategies for Marketing—including Influencer, Social Media, creative, media, and content production.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify value opportunities, optimize agency and supplier performance, and capture cost savings.
• Leverage analytics and market insights to inform sourcing strategies and challenge existing practices.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes (RFP/RFQ, negotiation, contracting, supplier management) independently.
• Serve as a strategic advisor across Marketing, balancing creative and commercial needs.

• Significant procurement/category management experience, with expertise in Marketing, Influencer, and Social Media procurement.
• Strong commercial understanding of influencer and agency models, licensing, rates, and related cost drivers.
• Proven analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consumer-focused industries (retail, fashion, apparel, or brands) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional procurement certifications a plus.
