Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing project coordination and creative operations and a proven ability to plan, launch, and manage projects through completion using enterprise project management tools. Responsibilities:
Create and execute project plans. Revise scope, schedule, and resources as needs change. Identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and manage day-to-day project operations. Review incoming marketing project requests and clarify objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Partner with internal creative agency teams to define scope and align on execution. Build, track, and manage projects in Workfront from intake through delivery. Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and drive issue resolution.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Marketing project coordination or marketing operations background. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront, , Asana, Basecamp, or similar. Excellent communication and organizational abilities with stakeholder management experience. 3-6 years of project or program management experience in a marketing or creative environment. Preferred

Skills:
