Creative Executive Assistant

About The Role

This role exists to shape the creative vision behind client campaigns, from concept through final execution. The agency builds tailored digital marketing strategies so business owners can focus on running their companies instead of managing campaigns. In this position, you will guide brand strategy and apply design thinking across multiple accounts  role is primarily asynchronous, so you will plan your own schedule around client deadlines and campaign milestones.

Our creative and marketing team is spread across several countries, and most collaboration happens through shared documents and recorded updates.

• Own project oversight for client campaigns, setting timelines and coordinating deliverables from planning to launch.
• Lead concept development for new campaigns, translating client goals into creative directions the team can execute.
• Define brand strategy for each account, aligning visual identity, voice, and messaging across channels.
• Apply design thinking to solve creative challenges, testing ideas quickly and refining based on results.
• Build layouts and assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, and Figma, then guide updates to client websites in tools like Word Press.

• At least 1 year of experience in a senior creative leadership role, ideally 3 or more years.
• Experience overseeing multiple creative projects from concept through completion.
• Strong background in concept development and brand strategy for client-facing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of design thinking methods for solving creative and strategic problems.
• Practical experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cap Cut and Word Press.
• Comfortable in a self-directed, process-driven environment where priorities shift quickly and roles adapt as the company grows.
