Role
Associate Director, Regional Marketer, responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies in VA, MD, MI, and OH to promote ADC Therapeutics' oncology products, notably ZYNLONTA.
Responsibilities- Planning and coordinating media, congress, and local KOL engagement
- Managing agency partnerships
- Developing regional advisory boards and supporting patient advocacy events
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical, and clinical teams to align on key accounts and gather regional insights
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech, with experience in hematology/oncology, including product launches and direct engagement with thought leaders.
Preferred2+ years in marketing or market access, and experience in academic or clinical settings.
High Valuefocus on hematology/oncology, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), late-stage development, KOL development, field marketing, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Work Setuptravel 40-50%, regional presence in specified states, with ongoing collaboration with HQ and agency partners.
