Tbb Columbus Community Leader

The Beauty Boost is hiring a part-time leader responsible for growing the Columbus community, filling our events and leading an exceptional in-person experience.

• Create strategic social media content that converts followers into ticket buyers and helps fill every event to its attendance goal.
• Build relationships through DMs, social engagement and direct outreach that turn new followers into active members of the TBB community.
• Lead, engage and continue to grow an active team of at least 50 quality Brand Ambassadors who consistently support community growth and event attendance.
• Track ticket sales and adjust content, outreach, email, SMS and Ambassador promotion when an event is not progressing toward capacity.
• Convert attendees into repeat attendees and Year Pass holders through intentional communication and follow-up.
• Run the events on event day with the ambassadors team, including pre + post event communication.
• Create an organized, welcoming event experience that leaves women excited to attend again.

Rachel, the founder, will continue to manage partner packages and relationships, book venues, onboard Ambassadors, establish event concepts, etc.

The right person is a strong marketer and natural community-builder who understands that the expected outcome is not simply posting content—it is filling events and creating + growing the Cbus community.

Compensation is a flat rate of $1,500 per month, with additional performance-based bonuses available for achieving pre-established goals related to event attendance, Year Pass sales and community growth.
