We are looking for a Remote SEO Strategist who has a comprehensive understanding of full-stackSEO, with a strong focus on content,keywords, and SEO strategy. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is both a leader and a team player, capableofbuildingour SEO department inthe long term. The ideal candidate will have a proven track recordin performing SEO audits,automaticanalysis and driving lead generation,and ranking improvements.

• SEO Strategy Development:
  Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies,including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to boost website visibility, traffic, andconversions.

• Content Strategy:
  Collaborate with the content team to create andoptimizecontent that aligns with SEO best practices, targeting relevant keywords and improving userengagement.

• Keyword Research & Analysis:
  Conduct in-depth keyword research toidentifyopportunitiesand ensure our content isoptimizedfor high-traffic, high-conversion terms.

• SEO Audits & Analysis:
  Perform regular SEO audits and automatic analysis of the website toidentifyareas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Lead Generation & Ranking Improvement:
  Develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings.

• Team Leadership:
  Play a pivotal role in building and scaling the SEO department, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while also being willing to followestablishedprocesses and guidelines.

• Performance Monitoring:
  Use various analytics tools tomonitorand report on the performance of SEO efforts, making data-driven decisions to continually improve outcomes.

• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SEOobjectivesare metata timely manner.

• Project management:
  Conceptualize and effectively coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership teams.

• Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role, with a deep understanding offull stackSEO.

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, with a long-term vision to scale an SEOdepartment.

• Experience with lead generation and improving search engine rankings.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
