Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP, Management Supervisor to lead a critical client portfolio within our healthcare advertising agency. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving impactful campaigns, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Role Requirements:Strategic Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert counsel
- Develop and present strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency capabilities
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client accounts
- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategic recommendations and campaign performance
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior-level client stakeholders
- Participate in client-related travel as required, including local (tri-state) and domestic travel, with potential for international travel
- Lead and mentor a team of account professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members
- Manage team workloads, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team performance
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Ensure all projects meet all regulatory standards
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, strategy, medical, and production departments
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging
- Act as a bridge between the client and the internal agency teams
