Program Manager

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager located in Columbus, OH. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate KIA’s diverse range of programs aimed at promoting BIPOC artists and cultural engagement. Day-to-day tasks include planning events, managing program budgets, liaising with artists and community partners, conducting outreach activities, and ensuring program objectives are met. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to successfully implement KIA’s mission of inspiring and uplifting marginalized communities.

• Plan and coordinate KIA’s programs and events
• Manage program budgets and financial tracking
• Liaise with artists, partners, and community organizations
• Conduct outreach and engagement activities
• Monitor progress toward program objectives and impact

• Program Management, Event Planning, and Budget Management skills
• Community Outreach, Partner Liaison, and Networking skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with diverse, multicultural programming is a plus
• Knowledge of arts education and workforce development initiatives relevant to BIPOC communities
• Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Public Administration, or a related field
