Operation Meraki is a veteran-led organization serving those who have served. We operate through our Scout-to-Pathfinder model
, a structured reintegration ecosystem designed to move veterans from uncertainty to clarity, from isolation to community, and from survival to stability.
Our programs focus on

To date, we have served 785 veterans without recurring external funding, building our foundation through discipline, partnership, and community trust.

Ensure Operation Meraki maintains full compliance with grant requirements, from applications to final reports, ensuring funding delivers impact.
Responsibilities- Develop and submit grant proposals, ensuring alignment with mission and compliance.
- Monitor grant deliverables and deadlines, ensuring all conditions are met.
- Track outcomes and compile reports for funders and internal leadership.
- 100% grant compliance all reporting and deliverables on time.
- Successfully secured grants, hitting annual targets.
- Clear communication to leadership with monthly compliance status updates.
