Operation Meraki is a veteran-led organization serving those who have served. We operate through our Scout-to-Pathfinder model
, a structured reintegration ecosystem designed to move veterans from uncertainty to clarity, from isolation to community, and from survival to stability.
Our programs focus on

To date, we have served 785 veterans without recurring external funding, building our foundation through discipline, partnership, and community trust.

Lead the recruitment, retention, and motivation of volunteers to build a thriving, mission-driven community. Empower volunteers to be an extension of the team, creating meaningful experiences that amplify our impact on veterans.
Responsibilities- Develop volunteer recruitment strategies.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and engagement.
- Track volunteer metrics hours, retention, impact.
- Increase retention by X% annually.
- Fill the program consistently.
- Provide monthly impact reports.
