Program & Outreach Coordinator
Elevate Northland is seeking a passionate, organized, and people-focused Program & Outreach Coordinator to support our newly awarded Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC) serving Central Ohio. Through the MBAC, Elevate Northland will provide coaching, training, resources, and connections that help entrepreneurs and small business owners start, grow, and strengthen their businesses.
This is more than an administrative role, it is an opportunity to make a direct impact on entrepreneurs, small businesses, and the economic vitality throughout Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Knox, Licking, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway, and Union counties.
What You'll Do
- Welcome, support, and engage with entrepreneurs as they utilize MBAC services.
- Manage client intake, scheduling, follow-up, and program records, ensuring information is detailed and accurate in preparation for coaching.
- Coordinate workshops, trainings, networking events, and business programs.
- Build relationships with community partners and resource providers.
- Represent Elevate Northland at community events and outreach activities.
- Help tell the story of entrepreneur success throughout our region.
- Provide other program and organizational administrative support.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience coordinating programs, events, outreach, or client services.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems.
- Passion for supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, and diverse communities.
- Someone who enjoys being on-site to interact with our clients and the community.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Full-Time | Columbus, Ohio | $47,000-$50,000 annualized salary based on experience, plus benefits.
